Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA) Administrative Services Department – Human Resource Division (ASD-HRD), together with BusinessCoach, Inc., conducted a webinar on Customer Service Training to upgrade the agency’s current customer service standards, held on October 4, 2021. 

With the interest of having satisfied consumers and industry partners a number one priority, the agency organized this online training to enhance the participants’ knowledge and skills on various techniques regarding customer service. 

The training proper was conducted by BusinessCoach, a provider of quality business seminars that would enhance skills and contribute to entrepreneurial or career success.

PFDA firmly believes that having a solid relationship with its customers, clients, and stakeholders will lead to a food-secure and resilient Philippines. 

Employees across all PFDA Regional Fish Ports and Central Office participated in the webinar. 

Ms. Mary Anne Kristine R. Ramos and Ms. Katrina Joyce P. Miguel of PFDA ASD-HRD served as the moderators of the activity.
